Abstract(in English) | On analysis of the patterns for holding and handling chopsticks with normal hands it was found there are three kinds of pattern, Pattern AV, Pattern AI and Pattern X. Pattern AV which was traditional and standard way for holding and handling chopsticks and the most frequent occurrence. Pattern X was a pattern which is commonly called "crossed chopsticks". Finger movement of the each pattern had a characteristic movement of thumb and fingers. |
