Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose "displaying robot" that directly anthropomorphize an object using human-like body parts. Displaying robot is constructed by eye-like and arm-like devices. It anthropomorphizes an object according to attached places or situations. According with displaying robot, user accept body-image of the object and communicate smoothly with an object. In this paper, we examine user's evaluations for displaying robot in an exhibition space and discuss an effect of anthropomorphization by this device.
