Abstract(in English) This paper describes the outline of the engineering ethics course offered in Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University. The course, Information Technology and Ethics, consists of 14 classes and was taught by ten teachers in an omnibus style. In the first five classes, a teacher explained the objectives of technology ethics and both group discussion and panel discussion were conducted. In the rest of the classes, each teacher gave a lecture related to his research area. The result of the assessment by students is also shown in this paper.
