| Abstract(in English) | Recent accidents caused by 'human errors' indicate that enough safety is not secured even using high level signal systems. This report is to achieve the accident prevention system against human errors with Velocity-excesses detection and agent system. The rough mechanism of the system is including real time monitoring of driving conditions, detection of abnormal operation, generate of warning and supporting system. In this paper, we report the purpose of development and onboard test effect about some of the basic facility. |
