Abstract(in English) Recently, Web is shifting from text media to multimedia. Also, e-learning that uses multimedia contents becomes popular in educational establishments. However, it is difficult to use multimedia contents for international web services since multimedia contents could not be easily translated to other languages by people. This paper proposes the translation assistant system for online video media named Videla. Videla is equipped with a new communication tool for the acceleration of users' translation and evaluation.
