Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Class DE amplifier can be achieved high power conversion efficiency under high frequency operation. It is expected class DE amplifier is applicable to many fields. The key technology of class DE amplifier is class E switching. Because of class E switching, the switching losses can be reduced and it is possible to keep high power conversion efficiency. In the past, the researchers clarified class DE amplifier with liear shunt capacitance analytically. For higher frequency operation, however, lower shunt capacitance is required for the design. In this case, shunt capacitance has nonlinearity because of parasitic capacitance of MOSFET. It is important to clarify the effect of nonlinearity analytically. In this paper, the analysis of class DE amplifier with nonlinear capacitance is carried out.
