Compression of A Digital File as A Result of Nonlinear Foldings

Abstract(in English) Compressions have been achieved between the logistic map x_=4x_t(1-x_t), x_t=x_ and its isomorphic transform Y_=[2/π・arcsin√・2^n], specially Y_ for n=1. Universal compressions for a digital file, English(48%), Japanese(48%), bitmap image(12.5%), voice(6.25%) and electrocordio gram(0.3%) were performed through the three steps (1) to eliminate redundancy, (2) to make an order and (3) to compact by eliminating 0 and supressing an increase of 1.
