Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have developed a Web-based collaborative learning system for learning the languages with the movies of the video. Learners study languages by seeing the movies in three modes, the non-group-asynchronous mode, the group-asynchronous mode and the group-synchronous mode. In three modes, learners can monitor other learner's progress in real time and communicate with other learners by chat system. The teacher gropes learners into several types under the progress in learning. When the learners of the grope want to collaborate in the group mode, a learner switches the mode from the asynchronous mode to the synchronous mode.
