Abstract(in English) Understanding the relation of information by the information technology's having advanced became difficult in the information space where the structure is complex and becomes vast, and Importance is pointed out in the academic activity that understand relating research and paper. Then, authors are developing an information visualization tool by using feature of "the Natto View" which is information visualization technology that pays attention to relation of information. The layout is used that 3D desktop environments and mechanics model to representative information, and an interactive operation was introduced by using the mouse. In this paper, it reports on the development of an information visualization tool in 3D desktop environments and the consideration of the use example.
