Abstract(in English) Terahertz electromagnetic waves (THz waves) are very attractive features for various fields such as engineering, medical and sciences. We have developed superconducting tunnel junctions (STJs) for THz waves detector. Our proposed detectors utilize a substrate of the STJ. This is called phonon-mediated method. In this paper, we introduce the results of STJ for THz waves detector with phonon-mediate method.
