Abstract(in English) | This paper describes the concept of a symbiotic system and discusses pattern recognition technologies to achieve it based on examples which the authors have developed. A symbiotic system processes a huge amount of information and generates valuable information which can be used for providing new services and creating a more enjoyable and convenient society. Pattern recognition technology will be a powerful tool for implementing a symbiotic system because they can extract valuable information from the real world. However, they must be advanced so as to recognize objects in various environments. This paper discusses those technological limitations that should be overcome. |
