| Abstract(in English) | The insert molding industrial method that pours the insertion of the metallic part in the resin fabrication metal mold as the processing method of the inside and the product that the miniaturization and the price cutting of the mechanism device are demanded, and construction there the material and makes up shape is a processing method to be able to expect various effects such as the phenomenon of the number of parts, the improvement of reliability, and reduction in costs. Especially, because the effect of the flux invasion prevention when parts are the air tight maintenance and are soldered can be expected, terminal portions such as relays and switches are widely processed by insert and construction. However, the examination depressed for the expression of adhesion is not done enough though the evaluation by the viewpoint of adhesion of the resin and the metal is done for insert and construction it. The author evaluated sticking of insert and construction it the material by the compatibility of the material of construction it and the metal. It has understood influenced according to the difference of coefficient of linear expansion along with compatibility though the compatibility of the result metal and the resin material has a big influence in sticking of the mechanism element. |
