Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have already shown that the selected smoothing method of spectral envelopes using cepstral coefficients and frequency warping methods. This method has been applied to the speech recognition method under the noisy environment and effectiveness on this problem has been shown. However, effect of the smoothing coefficients used in this method has not been examined precisely. In this report, the relation between the change of the smoothing coefficients and the recognition results of the noisy words are shown. And results of the speech enhancement using this smoothing method are also shown which show the influence of the hearing. This method can be usable to objects other than the speech. We describe the possibility to apply this method to other problems.
