Abstract(in English) It is important to realize a high loaded Q for a low phase noise oscillator. Recently, as one of resonators, a thru-type zero-th order resonator was reported, which consisted of devices that phase constants β were positive and negative [1]. Because the phase constant of this resonator is 0, it is expected that a conductance loss of this resonator is very small at zero-th order resonant frequency, the size is small and the loaded Q is high. However, if it is adapted for an oscillator, there are some limitations because a through loss of the resonator is affected load impedance Zo. We report a study of a reflection type zero-th order resonator for an oscillator.
