Abstract(in English) | A Ka-band 6W MMIC power amplifier was developed. To achieve high power, this power amplifier consists of four high gain unit amplifiers. The unit amplifier combines 3 small gate periphery FETs using the multi-feed Divider. The pi type bias and matching circuit applied for the inter-stage matching circuit to suppress loop oscillation. This power amplifier achieved 37.9dBm (6.2W) saturated output power. |
