Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In bi-directional millimeter wave transmission technology used for the urban CATV system, frequency selective duplexer plays an important role. First the band pass filter that used inductive strip mounted in waveguide was designed, next the duplexer was designed. As a result of the experiment, the insertion loss is 3.34dB in bandwidth 195MHz, the border attenuation of the filter is 59dB at 42.09GHz (the upper bound frequency of the downlink) for the uplink. The insertion loss is 2.49dB in bandwidth 763MHz, the border attenuation of the filter for the downlink is 51dB at 41.47GHz (the lower bound frequency of the uplink) for downlinks.
