| Abstract(in English) | An Image Rejection Mixer (IRM) with HPF/LPF phase-shift circuits is presented. We can improve isolation between LO and RF terminals, return loss at RF terminal or return loss at LO terminal of the IRM by selecting phase shift of the phase-shift circuits. The fabricated IRM has achieved -20dB of image rejection ratio and -30dB of isolation between LO and RF terminals from 1.8GHz to 2.4GHz. The IRM can be consisted of only planar circuits without air-bridge. |
