Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We fabricated a chemical image sensor employing Cu-Pc doped PPV as photo-conductive film on ITO/glass plate and measured cyclic voltammograms of K_3Fe(CN)_6/K_4Fe(CN)_6 aqueous solution. The redox current showed dependence on the concentration of the chemical kind and was controlled by switching a light irradiated on the film. That indicates the device has capability of sensing concentration of chemical kinds on the illuminated area and imaging it by scanning the beam spot.
