Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Mechanical and heat-resistive properties of organic-inorganic hybrids are described. The hybrid is made with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as an organic component and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as an inorganic component. By adding ethoxy-altered PDMS and BN to the hybrid in a sol, the composite hybrid made with the sol shows good mechanical and adhesive properties.
