Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Ubiquitous wireless broadband will soon be extended widely in the near future. In such environment, mobile nodes will be much more traverse different WLANs, which are different IP subnets. To maintain seamless communication of realtime application, such as VoIP, during handover, a new handover scheme that considers radio link quality is necessary. To satisfy this requirement, in our previous work, we proposed handover management scheme based on the number of frame retransmissions and evaluated it though simulation experiments. In this paper, we actualy implement our proposed scheme and evaluate it in real environment.
