Abstract(in English) The Number Field Sieve (NFS) method of integer factorization is known as a great threat for the RSA cryptosystem. Recently, manufacturability of dedicated NFS devices is actively discussed. This article surveys hardware designs for the mini-factoring in the relation finding step of NFS.
