Abstract(in English) | How to make information systems safe, dependable and trustworthy is a central concern in the development of e-Society and e-Government. In this paper, we focus on the problem of evaluating performance of workflows. Since performance evaluation by stochastic analysis is costly and hard to be applied to workflows in which many instances run simultaneously, we develop a new method for approximating the model as a continuous/hybrid system. The result will be used for optimal resource assignment in organizations. |
