Abstract(in English) While image viewing environment is diversified, it is insufficient that image creators and broadcaster control video contents on the assumption that the majority of viewers watch video contents in the standard viewing environment in order to relieve the influence of images upon viewers. Therefore, it is necessary to develop image conversion technology in consideration of actual viewing environment. This paper reports the outline of development of technology to prevent viewers from photosensitivity seizures and visually induced motion sickness in consideration of viewing environment.
