Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this note, various dreams (ideas) and results (realities), which have been obtained during their pursuits or still remain to be investigated as incomplete seeds throughout my past researches on algebraic coding theory, particularly algebraic codes and their decoding methods, are surveyed, A goal of these trials has been to achieve some generalizations or extensions of the idealistic model. RS code and BM algorithm. Most of the contents were described also in my other articles, and their mathematical details are not mentioned here, except for sketches of main problems and their complete or incomplete solutions.
