Technological Innovation from Patents with Data Crystallization

Abstract(in English) As a new method for chance discovery, we developed data crystallization algorithm and interactive annealing process. The process is applied to patent data in the field of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The feasibility of technological innovation is demonstrated.
