Abstract(in English) We are proposing the Symbiotic Computing as a computing technology that provides with society in the ubiquitous network society. In this paper, we describe Symbiotic Computing based Regional Ubiquitous Information System (RUIS) which accumulates regional information and safely offers individual information according to user's situation and accumulating regional information, and the application example of RUIS.
