Abstract(in English) This paper describes the Symbiotic Computing and case study of watch over child and elder people system based on the concept of the symbiotic computing model. The symbiotic computing is constructed by network-ware, social-ware and perceptual ware, which provides solution to the e-Gap which is well known as a digital divide.
