Abstract(in English) A micromagnetic model is built up to analyze the thermal magnetic noise of GMR heads, where the relationship of the magnetic evolution time interval Δt in solving the Landau-Liftshitz equation and the thermal activate time interval Δt_1 is analyzed. When Δt>Δt_1, the simulated thermal noise is unstable and sensitive to Δt; when Δt is below 1ps and Δt_1 is tens of pico-seconds, although it is against the Brown's presumption, the simulation results are closer to experiments.
