Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In IEEE 802.22 wireless RAN system, the signal detection mechanism is required for identifying occupied and vacant TV channels. In this paper, we consider the signal detection based on the Neyman-Person approach. With several channel and signal models, the probability of detection and false alarm are studied as functions of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). |
