Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper discribes a system that performs security management for ubiquitous devices. The data that the ubiquitous devices observe include information about individual privacy, property arid the human life. Therefore it is necessary for a ubiquitous device management system to ensure proper security, for example, protection of data communication, preventing abuse of stolen devices, and so on. However, the security management increases a processing load of the devices and a management cost of the system. Our aim is to construct a security management system which reduces the load and the cost. In this paper, we experimented on electrical requirements of data encryption and decryption on the devices arid confirmed the effect of our system.
