Abstract(in English) | In recent years, new services with Contactless IC Cards are being launched in public transport and e-money applications. For further expantion of these services, cost reduction is essential, therefore small and low-voltage integrated circuits are required. The communication errors between reader/writer and Contactless IC Card are problematic as well, and improved technology for stable operations is urgently needed. This paper presents a new power supply circuit that satisfies both low-voltage operation and high quality communication. |
