Abstract(in English) | Various risks have been increasing caused by the development of the Internet society. In order to share recognition about the risk among people of participation such as inhabitants, the risk communication becomes important. For good risk communication, it becomes important to examine examples of the past, and to analyze problems and measures. In this paper, first of all, we show what Y2K problem was, and explain what the risk communication is, and how that is treated. Moreover, we show the behavior against Y2K of the government, mass communication and experts obtained by investigating newspapers and WEB articles. These results will be used to decide measures against risk communication on CIIP (Critical Information Infrastructure Protection). |
