Abstract(in English) IP-based telecommunication infrastructure brings about diversification of network services and embraces potential spurn of unexpected new killer services. As new killer services emerge, we may witness unforeseeable dynamics of traffic fluctuation. In addition the role of IP-based telecommunication network infrastructure becomes more and more significant, and impact of outage of network is therefore getting enormous. As such IP-based telecommunication network infrastructure needs flexibility and reliability. We developed IP Optical traffic engineering technologies to address the requirements. The technologies were implemented "multi-layer network operation control system". We conducted proof-of-concept experiments using the multi-layer network operation control system and the testbed in our labs consisting of commercial routers and OXCs controlled by GMPLS. In this paper we report the overview of the multi-layer network operation control system and the experiment results.
