Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In this report, we propose a segmentation method for chest MR image with weak edges. The proposed method is based on Fisher's discriminant analysis and level set method. We regard the contour of objects as the boundary separating regions optimally. We define speed function of level set method using discriminant criteria of discriminant analysis. Introducing a threshold which maximizes criteria into speed function, we determine the boundary of weak edges. |
