Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) PET image reconstruction using time-of-flight(TOF) information has attracting much attention in recent years again by the development of an efficient scintillator such as LSO, TOF is the difference of the flight time of two gamma-ray photons along a line of response. In this paper, we develop a new list-mode PET reconstruction algorithm which can use the TOF information. The algorithm can be considered an extension of the list-mode DRAMA which we have already developed in our work. The simulation results demonstrate that (1) the TOF is useful to improve the image and (2) the list-mode DRAMA combined with blocking factor plj-2 works best among all the investigated methods.
