Abstract(in English) While development of a distributed power supply is activating, the opportunity of the energy control by "embedded software" is increasing. On the other hand, the bug of "embedded software" causes failure of equipment. Therefore, it is a big subject to raise the reliability of "embedded software". We are doing research of the theory and the tool for the improvement in reliability.
