Abstract(in English) Using a hole-assisted fiber for comb-like profiled fiber optical pulse compressor as a dispersive medium, it enables to realize a compact module. We so designed and fabricated a new single-mode HAF suitable for compact module that had a large anomalous dispersion, a low macro-bending loss. The inner diameter of both the coiled HNLF and HAF was only 30mm, and the size of fabricated CPF module was remarkably smaller than the conventional CPF. We also demonstrated optical pulse compression using the compact CPF module, and successfully generated 40GHz 3ps-width soliton pulse train in C-band.
