Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new method to discover unfavorable operations automatically with some series of tracking data by tracking worker's behavior. Our method selects a series of tracking data which is proper for extracting repeating operation cycles by pattern matching. And NOT matched cycles in the selected tracking data are treated as cycles including unfavorable operations. Through our experiment, with the data of a worker at a production line, our method can get 40 cycles in 43 correct cycles, and each extracted cycle includes some unfavorable operations.
