| 抄録(和) | 本研究の目的は、右利き度50%以上の6名の健常成人男性を対象として、把持開閉運動をした際の脳の前頭部のoxyHB量の変化を光トポグラフィ装置を用いて測定し、利き手と非利き手での作業効率が脳活動にどう影響を与えるのかを検討することであった。実験は、A4用紙の中央部に描かれた半径7cmの円図形をハサミを用いて切り抜いていくという作業であった。閉瞼の安静20s、作業課題20s、閉瞼安静20sを1セットとしたパラダイムを各被験者に対して利き手及び非利き手各5セットを行なってもらった。今回の実験では、作業課題区間に国際式10-20法で前頭部領域(20%-30%)とされている範囲で有意なoxyHB量の上昇が生じた。これは、リンゴ皮剥きに伴う前頭前野の活性化部位と酷似してた結果であった。把持開閉運動に伴う指の運動が前頭部のoxyHB量の上昇を促すと言える。 |
| 抄録(英) | The purpose of this research was to measure the change in the amount of oxyHB of a frontal lobe of the brain when the grasping movement was done with an optical topography device for six healthy adult males of the right-handed degree 50% or more, and to have examined how the work efficiency in the dominant hand and non-dominant hand influenced the brain activity. The experiment was work of clipping round figure of 7cm in the radius that had been drawn in the center part of the A4 form with scissors. The paradigm of which rest 20s of the closed eyelid, work 20s, and rest 20s of the closed eyelid was done and each the dominant hand and non-advantage hand of five sets was done to each object. In this experiment, the increase of a significant amount of oxyHB was found within the range assumed to be frontal lobe (20%-30% by international 10-20 methods) to the work section. This was a result of close resemblance to frontal lobe activation according to the apple paring. It can be said that the movement of the finger according to the grasping movement will cause the increase of the amount of oxyHB of frontal lobe. |
