Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Information on the direction of the depth is not offered though the kinetic depth effect is strong as the clue of the depth perception. In the KDE presentation by a random dot, the phenomenon of sometimes reversing the direction where the perceived solid is rotated without any relation to observer's intention is caused. In this research, the influence that the testee's active participation in the rotation of the solid gives to the KDE perception is examined.
