Abstract(in English) This paper proposes Layer 1/Layer 2 (L1/L2) control channel structure, which is necessary for transmission of control signaling bits for downlink scheduling, link adaptation, and hybrid ARQ and for transmission of uplink feedback control signaling bits, appropriate for the Single-Carrier (SC)-FDMA based radio access in the Evolved UTRA uplink. First, we proposes the SC based multiplexing of L1/L2 control signaling bits with shared data channel for user equipment (UE) who transmits both uplink shared data channel and L1/L2 control channel within the same sub-frame. Then, for UE to whom uplink shared data channel is not assigned, we proposes the multiplexing of L1/L2 control signaling bits into the time-frequency resource with narrow transmission bandwidth which is independent of that for shared data channel and the application of frequency hopping among the multiple time-frequency resources with narrow transmission bandwidth assigned for transmission of L1/L2 control signaling bits to achieve frequency diversity effect.
