Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Pico-cell systems can fill the shadowed area or respond to the local increase of the communication traffic at low cost. However the inter-cell interference by the co-frequency channel will arise in the Pico-cell systems because the BSs (Base Stations) are located randomly and the designing of the frequency channel assignment is difficult. In this paper, the authors propose the autonomous decentralized frequency channel and transmitting power control methods, which can diminish the inter-cell interference. Assuming a condominium building environment, the proposed methods are evaluated with the computer simulation. As the result of the evaluation, it found that the proposed method can improve the achievement ratio of 9dB at CIR by 30%.
