Abstract(in English) In this paper, we consider the packet scheduling for the cellular networks with relay, where the mobile users are equipped with both cellular and ad hoc radio interfaces and the base station (BS) uses a high speed downlink shared channel. In order to improve the system throughput, we propose the centralized relay selection and scheduling schemes by adjusting transmission rates dynamically in response to the variation of channel quality and traffic. On the other hand, the scheduling design also supports the user fairness and QoS for different traffic classes. With the schemes, BS can choose the relaying by the users' channel quality, and schedule the packet to the users based on their achieved data rate, packet delay and fairness. We demonstrate by numerical results that the proposed scheme can utilize the capacity of network more efficiently, and achieve user fairness and traffic balance for the users.
