Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Oblique incidence characteristics of a double-output dipole antenna for electromagnetic field measurements are examined using the complex antenna factor (CAF). The calculation results using the method of moments (MoM) are compared with the measurement results by the reference antenna method. As the result, it is shown that the double-output dipole antenna with coaxial feeders works as a T-shaped antenna including the feeders. In addition, a method for finding direction of arrival (DOA) is proposed considering that the phase difference between two outputs of the double-output dipole antenna depends on the incident angle. In the proposed method, the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient is applied as a measure of the two-output difference. The possibility of DOA finding using the double-output dipole antenna is shown from the experimental results.
