Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We designed filter composed of noninvasive filter and biquad which operates as a fifth-order inverse Chebyshev low-pass filter with low flicker noise. The Gm-C filter implements source follower ciucuits to reduce power consumption and to improve linearity. SPICE simulations of the filter using 90nm CMOS process with 1V power supply show dynamic range of 72.3dB and a power consumption of 2.25mW.
