| 抄録(和) | 本研究の目的は、自動視野計のインタフェースとしてのサッカードの特性を検討することである。本研究では、試作した他覚的視野計を用いて3つの実験を実施し、視野測定のインデックスとしてサッカードが利用可能であるかどうかを検討するための基礎データを収集した。実験1では周辺視野にターゲットを提示することによってサッカードが生じるかどうか、実験2ではターゲット検出のインデックスとしてのサッカードの特性について、実験3ではフィードバックによって眼球運動の生起が増加するかどうかについて検討した。これらの結果から、サッカードがターゲット検出のインデックスとして有用であること、また、フィードバックが被験者の実験に対する意欲の維持に有効であることが分かった。 |
| 抄録(英) | The purpose of this research is to examine characteristics of saccadic eye movement (saccade) as an interface of the automatic perimetry. In this study, we have collected basic data on the possibility of using saccade as an index for visual field measurement, and developed a prototype of objective perimetry system combining VSG and Eyetracker Toolbox. Three experiments were conducted in this research. In experiment 1, we tested whether or not saccade occurs when the target appears in peripheral visual field at very short duration. In experiment 2, we examined characteristics of saccade as an index of target detection. In experiment 3, we tested the effect of feedback to increase the eye movement. Finally, these results showed that saccade was useful for index of target detection, and feedback was effective to motivate subjects' intention. |
