| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,障害者・高齢者のための地域防災活動にGISを活用することで,地域防災における情報の共有をはかり,さらに避難計画のなかに災害時要援護者であることの多い彼らのニーズを反映および障害者・高齢者ならではの知識を防災活動に活かそうと取り組んできた.北海道浦河町における地域住民や町役場と津波防災の共同研究のなかで実際に防災GISを活用してきた結果,避難計画立案のための議論を具体的に進めることを可能にするというGISの有効性があきらかになってきた. |
| 抄録(英) | We utilized GIS (geographical information system) in the local disaster prevention of persons with disabilities and elderly persons. The GIS would enable to persons share the information, including t he special needs and knowledge of persons with disabilities and elderly persons would be reflected in the evacuation plan of disaster. Through the practice in Urakawa-cho, Hokkaido, Japan, we found that GIS is very effective in planning of local disaster prevention. It would give people specific knowledge for the planning. |
