Abstract(in English) It is anticipated that a market is more enlarged by establishment of a recent E-business market in the future. However, in the service which supports E-business market such as the Yahoo shopping, it is a current state to lose 63% of users who have the purchase intention for problems of the poor technology and the poor user experience. Whereas, it is considered that SNS(Social Network Service) which rapidly increases the number of users recently is effective as a place for getting the useful information. But, SNS business does not yet establish a profit model and depends on an advertisement and an affiliate. In the recent years, a shopping SNS which combined SNS and EC appeared and will be expected as growth field in the future. In this paper, we propose an agent based EC/SNS integration service and clarify the effectiveness of the proposed service by evaluation of the implemented prototype system.
