Abstract(in English) Recently, various approachs for "Achievement of safety and a safe society" that uses a real space network are advanced for the ubiquitous society. In this report, we describe about the new electric tag (BC-Tag: Bi-directional Communication-Tag) that can communicate each other, and the concept of the real space network using them. The BC-Tags are small, long-lived, and they can exchange the information about identification and attribute without the intention. In addition, we propose a new power-saving function using a synchronizing scheme in MAC layer for the information exchange in this system. Then we reviewed the adequateness to the requirement of this system.
