Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Old Go match data is very useful to learn good or bad moves. For this reason, it is hoped to create a Kifu database. However, it is difficult to input them manually. Thus, we propose an automatic recognizer of Kifu, in order to form a Kifu database. Hough transform is employed to recognize lines and circles. Template-matching and Glucksman's feature are employed to recognize numbers. Using the proposed method, lines and circles are recognized at the rate of 95% and numbers are recognized at the rate of 98.0%.
